The SF machine is the most common plaiting and relaxing machine on the market, able to unwind rolls of fabric at high speed and relaxing them by a free plait.

Simple to use, the machine is composed by a roll unwinder unit ideal for the rapid and controlled unwinding of rolls up to ø 60cm x 100kg.

The fabric is unwound and plaited at a speed of up to 120 m/min. The length of the plait is mechanically adjustable by adjusting the plaiting roller mechanical transmission.

Ideal for saving drawing-in time and roll changeover downtime, it would be to integrate an automatic or manual sewing rail at the machine entry.

The machine is completed by a system for counting the meters of fabric passed through the machine and a system for weighing the plaited fabric.
