The J-BOX accumulation machine is an accumulation system with a stainless-steel box that allows to accumulate fabric and take it off, after its naturally relax.

The J-BOX accumulation system allows fabric to fall into this stainless-steel box, perfect for accumulation and relaxation. Calibrated sensors allow for real-time monitoring of accumulation conditions and acceleration or deceleration of the unwinding speed to maintain a constant fabric feed rate to the next line.

The structure typically consists of a free unwinding unit for fabric rolls up to 60 cm of diameter, one or more motorized drive rollers that unwind the roll, and a J-shaped box to contain the unwound fabric. Mounted on two wheels and equipped with an A-DRIVER coupling, the machine can be easily moved around the facility to accommodate diverse types of machinery.

To work in line with other machinery, the only external input the system requires is a 0-10V signal relating to the line speed. The system will automatically manage the unwinding and accumulation operations, keeping the downstream machine constantly powered.

Available in various widths, for open or tubular fabrics, for new or existing machinery. Customizable with various carbon steel powder-coated RAL colors, or completely stainless steel.
