The CL machine is a cold laminating machine for fabrics, mounted on wheels for easy movement within the department.

The machine consists of free rollers that feed the fabrics to be coupled toward the coupling belt. A motorized Teflon-coated roller rotates at a constant speed controlled by the operator or matches the speed of the upstream machine. A self-centering silicone-coated felt belt is moved by the Teflon-coated roller, and the constant friction between the roller and the belt, couples the fabrics.

At the machine exit, it is possible to provide an axial winding station to be able to wind the fabric into a perfect roll using the contactless winding system.

Thanks to a new safety control system, the machine has reached an extremely high level of safety and can be used by all operators.
