The machine mod. AVV SP is a winding and cutting machine for rolls of fabric of all types, which require intermediate processes before winding to give them specific properties.

Fully customizable, it consists of an unwinding area for big rolls, usually with contactless axial unwinding; a tension control system that, depending on the fabric type, can be a synchro roller or load cells. Edge alignment is automatic on one side or at the center and can be achieved using a self-centering carriage centering system or slat centering unit (CENTR X).

Automatic winding can be done tangentially on two rollers or axially on a pneumatic axis.

An electronic meter counter checks the measurement perfectly and stops the machine when the measurement set by the operator is reached.

Once the winding process is complete, the operator can unload the roll onto the weighing station, where it is cut and weighed.

This sequence is ideal for creating the reference label for the roll just processed.
