QUALITY PRO is the inspection software that COMATEX offers for its quality control machines and packaging quality control lines. Easy to use and fully customizable, the software is ready to install on a Windows system and is ideal for managing the quality control of finished fabrics.

A fully customizable defect list, roll mapping, and summary label preparation are just some of the system's features. Every single function of the software can be customized to fully adapt it to the customer's needs.

Defects are displayed in a block diagram in the main software view, and by tapping on one of the blocks, the operator can identify the defect in the exact position where it was detected. The roll is automatically mapped during the work cycle, and defects found by the operator are automatically positioned along the length of the roll.

The system then displays the roll length, weight, customer name, batch number, and all the necessary information to create a roll summary label. It is also possible to print a packing list for the processed roll batch, complete with all the necessary logistics information for managing the fabric rolls.
