The automatic defect label applicator mod. SD 3C is COMATEX's solution for identifying fabric defects. Ready-to-use, easy to install on existing machinery, it comes in a right- or left-hand version and can have mounted up to 3 different label colors.

With a simple touch on the keyboard or on the touch screen in the right position of the identified defect, the operator sends a signal to the defect marker to apply the corresponding label to the side of the fabric, for easy verification in subsequent processing phases.

Ideal for mounting on an inspection table, the system is self-centering and follows the edge of the fabric, ensuring the label is always applied in the same position. You can choose whether to apply it completely inside the fabric or with it protruding a few centimeters, making it easier to identify the defective area.

On existing systems, based on the number of labels chosen, the size of the inspection table and the inclination, the system is designed specifically and offered ready for installation complete with drilling templates for easy installation even by less experienced operators.

The label applicator can also be connected to an automatic inspection system, in which case the label application signal is automatic.
