Collars inspection with counting

The ARC machine is a special machine designed for checking and counting fabric collars.

Made to the customer's direct specification, the machine is very simple and versatile, able to count up to two collar strings simultaneously.

Unwinding is performed by a drive roller that picks up the collars from a box that can hold rolls or plaited fabrics. From the drive roller, the collars descend onto an inspection table, typically consisting of a lighted table surrounded by black areas ideal for contrast.

Collar counting is performed using fiber optic technology, which can detect thickness changes and then send a counting signal.

The winding takes place on two separate axes, without paper tube, which remain resting on the winding roller by gravity and create new fabric rolls.

There are two counts, and the operator can reset each one separately.

A start and stop pedal make it easier for the operator to draw in the machine and facilitates paper tube-free wrapping.
