Designed down to the smallest detail, the result of constant experience and customer demand, COMATEX has managed to establish itself on the market with this unit thanks to its specially patented profile and double lever system that allows a substantial movement of the fabric at the slightest signal from the centering sensors.

The main feature of the unit is the broken slat which allows the fabric to be width during translation on the slats and therefore during the alignment phase.

The width is adjustable thanks to a shaft that connects the right lever system with the left one: the operator, by mechanically adjusting the length of the shaft, widens or narrows the space between the slats and thus regulates the width.

Perfect for semi-rigid fabrics, thanks to the wide range of coverings offered, it is possible to have the alignment rods with blue silicone rubber or with anthracite grey Mohair.

Replacing the rubber is very simple as each slat is made of extruded aluminum and rubber coating.

Versatile for any work situation thanks to the slat drive roller which can be free, therefore set in rotation by the translation of the fabric, or motorized with a gearmotor and tension control.

Designed to improve the alignment quality of existing and new machines, the system can be integrated into the structure or complete with sides to be applied at the entrance or exit of your production line.
