Automatic unstitching machine that allows to stich out the thread from the fabric, after the dyeing process. It is positioned just before the openrope machine and synchronized with its speed.
Unstitching with superior performance
The automatic unstitching machine, installed on the customer's rope-opener, allows the thread of the fabric to be rewound just dyed. It is used at the end of the dyeing process of stretch fabrics with lycra, and also for those woven fabrics where tubular dyeing is to be performed.
In fact, this process allows the selvedges to be fixed which would otherwise curl and be dyed badly.

CX EVO + CX 00 SC1, the perfect combo
The machine mod. CX EVO is used to prepare the fabric for dyeing, performs doubling and tubular sewing of the fabric slitted and thermo-fixed by the rameouse.
Thanks to the perfectly aligned stitching a few millimetres from the edge:

Evolution of the sewing machine model CX 220 CR is the result of over 30 years of experience, observation and a series of needs, requested by the market.
