The automatic waste winding unit mod. AVV SFR is an automatic winding unit that allows you to wind the cut fabric onto a motorized axis with torque control.

Ideal as an accessory for cutting machines, the system consists of a unit that can be fixed to the floor or added to the existing machine, which allows the waste cut from the fabric to be recovered and wound onto a motorized axis.

The motorization allows the waste to be wound with torque control, so as not to pull the fabric, but to bring it to the winder without the risk of breakage.

Before winding, the fabric is moved horizontally by the so-called "zetatore" which distributes the waste across the entire width of the winding shaft. Waste is contained by two big-diameter flanges, selected based on the maximum diameter of the waste to be wound.

The maximum width of the rolling edge is 150mm.

The wrapping can be done on paper tube on a pneumatic axle (AIRBAR), easy to remove and ready for the next use in just a few seconds.

A version without waste wrapping is also available, consisting of several waste return rings and a feeding system for removing the waste from the machine, with it falling into a collection basket.
