The cutting machine mod. AT PRO is a machine for cutting raw fabric with control of the cutting position and exit by plait.

The operator, positioned on a raised platform, is in the ideal position to control the cutting of the fabric and its plaiting.

The fabric can be feed-in a variety of ways, ensuring the machine's versatility and integration into a variety of environments.

The core of the machine is the continuous cutting of tubular fabric, performed by a ø200 motorized blade complete with integrated blade sharpener. The cutting area consists of a "basket" into which the tubular fabric is insert, which rotates controlled by a manual or automatic handwheel, allowing the operator to always cut the fabric along the needle fall line.

A triangle allows the fabric to be opened before plaiting.

The machine is completed by some selvedge decurling systems such as variable-position spreading rollers and other systems specifically designed to ensure that the selvedge does not curl during winding.
