The rolls accumulation system is ideal for eliminating downtime when loading and handling rolls. The joining system is the same as that found on all COMATEX preparation lines: big batch production, elimination of downtime, and increased efficiency throughout the entire production process. Everything has been meticulously designed to make the job easier and more accessible to everyone.

The unwinder for small rolls is the ideal system for the rapid and controlled unwinding of rolls up to ø 40cm x 40kg. Tangential unwinding allows the fabric to fall naturally onto the accumulation and relaxation belt. The accumulation belt, which travels at a slower speed than the line, allows the fabric to relax before subsequent processing.

Once the fabric has relaxed, it is automatically aligned to an edge or centerline, allowing the next machine to always receive the fabric at the same reference point.
