The PR IM introduction machine is an introduction line, designed from start to finish according to the customer requirement, capable of satisfying all their needs.

It can be composed of all the systems that COMATEX offers and is made up of various units that interact with each other, giving the line perfect synchronicity and harmony.

The first step is the unwinding phase: the fabric can be unwound axially or tangentially, from a big roll or a small roll; in short, in all the shapes known on the market.

The second step is the joining phase: the new fabric is joined to the previous one, using a joining system that allows for a flat and, above all, orthogonal seam, so as not to waste any meters of fabric to work with.

The next step in this line could be an accumulation system: the fabric passes through a pneumatically controlled, mobile roller accumulation system, which gives the fabric the desired tension and allows the exit area to never stop during the joining phase.

The unload is also completely customizable. In the photograph, we can see how two lines that are perpendicular to each other then join and are superimposed on each other before the subsequent processing.
