The C BELT accumulation machine is the accumulation system with conveyor belt, which allows the fabric to be relaxed before the next processing.

A completely modular structure allows the system to be customized based on the amount of fabric to accumulate. The same conveyor belt, depending on the type of accumulation selected, can accumulate and release a different amount of fabric.

A drive roller receives the fabric from another machine and, thanks to a 0-10V signal relating to the line speed, it drives the fabric and places it on the conveyor belt.

The conveyor belt accumulates and relaxes the fabric according to the settings the operator sets on the control panel, working at a speed proportionally lower than the line speed. The belt can has a vibrating system, which significantly increases the relaxation of the fabric.

At the end of the belt, a sensor controls the unloading area, so that the fabric is always picked up in the correct position and no additional tensions are created.

Depending on the type of belt chosen and the composition of the structure, the CBELT machine can process different types of fabrics in different widths.
