The axial winder mod. AVV AX is the most accurate winding system for big rolls on the market. The technology behind this winding system is the best of contactless winding systems for all types of fabric rolls.

COMATEX offers it in its preparation and quality control lines and offers it as a solution for existing systems from other manufacturers, as an improvement to the contactless winding system. Thanks to closed-loop technology, the system maintains constant tension throughout the winding process regardless of the winding speed and diameter of the winded roll.

The axial winder mod. AVV AX can work with A-FRAME frames with cardan joints of various sizes, or in structures integrated into existing machines.

The axial winder is available in various versions:

AVV AX to be mounted directly in axis with supports and/or shafts
