The tangential winder mod. AVV TAN + AVV AX is a contact winding system for big rolls that is positioned on the market as an equally valid alternative solution to the axial winder.

The tangential system consists of a tangential arm with a motorized drive roller, which rotates to set the big rolls in motion. The pneumatically controlled tangential arm is ideal for stiff and poorly stretchable fabrics.

The composition of the tangential arm is completely configurable, depending on the needs of the fabric before winding.

The axial system is ideal for elastic fabrics, composed of a motorized unit, with cardan coupling of many sizes that can work with A-FRAME looms or in structures integrated into existing machines.

The combination of the two systems allows the operator to choose which is most suitable for the fabric to be wound, or to use the combined system, to offer the finished roll perfect control of tension and hardness.

With the data relating to the various rolls to be wound, the winding speed and the desired tension, ore technical dept will be able to accurately size and configure your winder.
