The DP X2 machine is a special machine designed for the dubbling of rigid and woven fabrics with flat paper tube winding.

The structure in powder-coated carbon steel can accommodate plait or fabric roll. For rolls, a shaft is inserted inside the paper tube and put over the unwinding roller.

A doubling triangle in a horizontal position folds the fabric in two, aligning it perfectly using some centering systems found in the COMATEX catalogue.

After being folded, the fabric is pulled and wound onto a small flat paper tube previously prepared by the operator.

The cutting and unloading of the fabric are manual.

The position of the control panel allows the operator to be in the best area during the wrapping phase.
