The DP XP2 machine is a special machine designed for the dubbing of rigid and woven fabrics with precision plaiting on pallets.

The structure in powder-coated carbon steel can accommodate plait or fabric roll. For rolls, a shaft is inserted inside the paper tube and put over the unwinding roller.

A doubling triangle in a horizontal position folds the fabric in two, aligning it perfectly using some centering systems found in the COMATEX catalogue.

After being folded, the fabric is pulled and plaited precisely onto a pallet prepared by the operator.

The cutting and unloading of the fabric are manual.

The position of the control panel allows the operator to be in the best area during the plaiting phase.
