The machine mod. RLX is the ideal machine for garment makers as it allows the fabric to be relaxed before winding and cutting, thus improving precision during the cutting phase.

The roll unwinder unit is the ideal system for the rapid and controlled unwinding of rolls up to 60cm x 60kg. The tangential unwinding allows the fabric to fall naturally onto the accumulation and relaxation belt.

The accumulation belt, which works at a slower speed than the line, allows the fabric to relax before subsequent processing. The active vibration system further relaxes the fabric.

Once the fabric has relaxed, it is automatically aligned to an edge or centerline and rolled up with manual or automatic tension control, depending on the chosen configuration.

The RLX machine is completed by the unloading station complete with cutting and weighing, which guarantees the possibility of creating the roll label, ideal for simple and efficient logistics management.
