The realxing machine mod. RLF is the ideal machine for garment makers, allowing the fabric to be relaxed and checked before winding and cutting, thus improving precision during the cutting phase.

Simple to use, the RLF unwinding machine is composed of a roll unwinder unit ideal for the rapid and controlled unwinding of rolls up to ø 40cm x 40kg.

The fabric then passes over a horizontal inspection table, which allows the operator to check the fabric before relaxing.

Relaxation is performed by plaiting the fabric on a wooden surface, thanks to the horizontal movement of two rollers that move the fabric from right to left. Their rotation allows the fabric to be bring onto the relaxation surface.

The RLF machine is completed by a system for counting the meters of fabric passed through the machine and a system for weighing the plaited fabric.

Fabric cutting is optional and can be done manually or automatically just after the plaiting rollers.
