The ALL 360 rotary spreading unit is an ideal spreading unit for all stretch fabrics with curled selvedges.

The motorized spreading rollers unit is composed of a powder-coated carbon steel structure that allows the unit to be installed in existing machines, while the rollers are usually completely in AISI 304 or, upon request, in painted carbon steel with AISI 304 profile.

The rollers can be made with different spiral profiles, in annealed AISI 304:

The spreading rollers are available ø89 and ø102 and are powered by a single high-efficiency motor, which, if connected to an inverter, allows to adjust the rotation speed.

After careful study of the unit and thanks to the experience gained over the years, the unit has the ability to vary the position of the rollers and therefore the drawing-in of the fabric manually, with a handwheel, or automatically, thanks to a dedicated motor with a position sensor.
