The CENTR Y group is an automatic alignment unit for fabrics, which uses the oscillation of two rollers to align the fabric at a precise point defined by sensors.

The fabric coming from the return rollers is first widened thanks to the variable-position spreading rollers and then aligned thanks to the oscillating movement of the alignment rollers, performed by a pneumatic cylinder.

The alignment position is defined by a sensor group, which, positioned on an adjustable guide, determines the zero point. The electrically operated pneumatic cylinder oscillates the rollers to bring the fabric towards the zero point.

To function correctly, the CENTR Y centring device requires space before and after it and is usually mounted at the entrance of existing machinery.
