The fabric inspection area is the best that a preparation line can have, allowing the fabric batch to be mapped during the preparation phase and any defects and their location to be sent to the next processing stage, thus reducing waste of time and avoiding otherwise necessary machine downtime.

The plait of the fabric with the translating roller is the feature that makes the PRFL machine different from all the others: the horizontal translation of the roller combined with itself rotation create the “plait” effect on the fabric, which relaxes in the storage basket, ready for subsequent processing.
