The machine mod. ISN NO STOP is the most common inspection machine on the market, proposed by COMATEX, as an end-of-line machine, ideal for fabric quality control and the rolling and cutting of small rolls of fabric up to ø 40cm x 40kg.

At the entrance to the machine, is provided a J-Box accumulation system which allows the fabric to accumulate during the initial inspection phase and during the cutting and unloading phase of the roll.

The inspection table, consisting of a black wood surface and a dimmable lighting area, allows the operator to identify any defects and report them to subsequent processes. Once inspected, the fabric is automatically aligned on the left side and wrapped on paper tube.

An electronic meter counter checks the measurement perfectly and stops the machine when the measurement set by the operator is reached.

Once the winding process is complete, the operator can unload the roll onto the weighing station, where it is possible to cut it and weigh it.

This sequence is ideal for creating the reference label for the roll just processed.
