SINGLE LAYER INSPECTION FOR TUBULAR

ISM is a high performance machine for the control of tubular knitted fabrics.

The inspection of the raw tubular fabric is done by means of two angled mirrors that allow to see both sides of the fabric at the same time and a light tube on which the fabric is heated

Equipped with a new Zero electromagnetic emissions technology that allows to power the light tube without wireless power transmissions.

The lamp is illuminated by LED lights with adjustable intensity without having to remove the fabric, it is also possible to turn off one side of the fabric to check the single layers from the front

The machine is supplied with 3 tubes of 80/100/120cm but we can also produce tubes of other sizes

The inspection of the fabric is done in single layer that allows to identify the single defect more easily

The machine is equipped with all our best technologies, which allow to produce high quality fabric rolls with excellent tension control.
