ISD SP is a high-performance machine for the inspection of tubular knitted fabrics and open-weave fabric.

The SP model is specifically dedicated to knitting factories that need to inspect open-weave fabric returning from the dyeing plant. In fact, it has been equipped with edge alignment and various spreading rollers to stretch the selvedge of the fabric.

While the inspection of the raw tubular fabric takes place via two inspection tables that allow both sides of the fabric to be seen simultaneously.

The fabric passes through the machine via a special path without mechanical twisting

Compared to the model with ISM mirrors; in the ISD model thanks to the double table system it is possible to change the width of the fabric without having to change the light tube

The fabric inspection is done on two layers at the same time (in the ISM mirror model it is possible to see single independent layers)

The machine is equipped with all the edge alignment systems, with an innovative meter counter system, which allow to produce high quality fabric rolls with excellent tension control.
