CX EVO | TUBULAR SEWING MACHINE FOR THE DYEING PROCESS OF LYCRA FABRICS

CX EVO + CX 00 SC1, the perfect combo

The machine mod. CX EVO is used to prepare the fabric for dyeing, performs doubling and tubular sewing of the fabric slitted and thermo-fixed by the rameouse.
Thanks to the perfectly aligned stitching a few millimetres from the edge:

✔ Solves dyeing problems in the centre of the fabrics
✔ Solves dyeing problems of curled selvedge
✔ Improves the final quality of the fabric and reduces waste

Evolution of the sewing machine model CX 220 CR is the result of over 30 years of experience, observation and a series of needs, requested by the market. The success was immediate and is confirmed six years after the first. In this period of time it has had several improvements while maintaining the standard of spare parts of the various mechanical and electronic components as well as a selvedge centre of our conception and patent, which guarantees the alignment of the same at 10mm from the joining point.

Thanks to the perfectly aligned sewing a few millimeters from the edge:

Slitting of the tubular fabric

To heat-set lycra in the Rameuse it is necessary to open the tubular fabric.

The tubular opening operation should be done as soon as possible to prevent the roll from memorizing the "fold" mark in the center of the fabric.

Thanks to our compact machine for cutting and checking tubular fabric Mod. ATX it is possible to open the roll directly in the weaving department

CX EVO | Tubular stitching

The opening of the fabric causes the selvedges to curl up even by several centimeters.

Thanks to our CX EVO tubular sewing machine, it is possible to fix the curled selvedges to each other and restore the state of the fabric in tubular shape (in rope) so that even very curled selvedges can be dyed evenly

The stitching is done with the good side of the fabric in order to protect it during dyeing, furthermore the tubular shape also allows for better sliding in overflow dyeing machines.
